Presents
Traditional Vernacular Two Storey Home
Fleet Street
Trinity

This home has a great view of the town and the harbour in Historic Trinity. The home was restored on the outside a number of years ago by a competent local carpenter. All new clapboard and corner boards were installed and some new windows and storms. Electrical has been upgraded
This house can serve as s seasonal or year round residence as there is a wood furnace and hot air furnace and the two work in tandem to each other. With wood heat, heating costs can be minimal with the safety of knowing that the oil heat can cut in as needed.
The main level has a kitchen, living room, porch and laundry room and there are three bedrooms on the second level.
There is a large wrap around deck enabling maximum sun exposure if needed and the view of the harbour from the deck is outstanding.
Enjoy everything Trinity has to offer
The town harbour boasts a 23 mile coastline. In the early 1600’s Sir Richard Whitbourne, who held the first Court of Admiraty in the new world in Trinity, called it the finest harbour in the land.
The community is thriving in season and presents endless opportunities for your enjoyment. Rising Tide Theatre has an outstanding season each year with both repeat and new productions for your enjoyment (www.risingtidetheatre.com ). There are great restaurants in town and in neighbouring Port Rexton (www.fishersloft.com). The many historic sites are a pleasure to visit.
There is great hiking in the immediate area and all around The Trinity Bight and beyond including the renown Skerwink Trail. The area is a whale watcher’s delight. Berry pickers will be amazed with the bakeapples, partridgeberries, blueberries, crowberries, and juniper berries. Fish for cod in season and there are licensed salmon rivers a short distance away. Divers can get scallops and fresh mussels abound in the harbour.
The asking price is $140,000. For further information or an appointment to view this view property, please call Chris O’Dea at 709-685-6559.
